- 450 grams firm tofu( not silken)
- 1 medium carrot, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 celery stalk, minced fine
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons tamari or Bragg Liquid Aminos
Blend tofu in food processor until crumbled, and chop carrot in processor. Mix tofu and chopped carrot. Mix all other ingredients together. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to be absorbed.
